Firefinch Ltd (ASX:FFX) would like to extend our thanks to all shareholders who participated in the General Meeting held on Tuesday, 31 May 2022 in Perth. We are pleased to advise that all eight resolutions put to shareholders were passed, including the proposed demerger of Leo Lithium Ltd by way of in specie distribution (click here to view the ASX announcement).
The Chairman, Dr Alistair Cowden, opened the meeting by emphasising the importance of people at Firefinch. Dr Cowden thanked the whole team for their dedication, in particular the Perth based executives who had suffered through many weeks of quarantine away from their families over the past year.
People are the heart and soul of Firefinch.
